The learning objectives are: 'to know what happens during pregnancy and explore the gestation periods of different animals' and 'to consider the changes that take place during puberty and old age'. This resource covers the statutory requirement: 'describe the changes as humans develop to old age' (DfE, 2013), as well as some aspects of working scientifically.
